Aviation Gin

Batch distilled from an adventurous blend of spices from around the world.

Instead of being overpowered by juniper—the flavour of which many perceive to be “harsh” or “medicinal”—Aviation is a balanced blend of seven botanicals: juniper, cardamom, lavender, sarsaparilla, coriander, anise seed, and dried orange peel.

On the nose, spiciness up front, layered with citrus zest, juniper and floral notes. Full, warm and viscous with sweet/spicy notes emerging mid-palate followed by a long, sweet and spicy finish.

Aviation Gin is a unique American take on gin—softer, smoother, and more subtle than London Dry gins.
