100% Tempranillo, from 6 different vineyards over 30 years old, with a production of no more than 4,500kg/Ha and different soils that give naturally, from the vineyard, a lot of complexity, power and elegance.
The aging is carried out for at least 14 months in 80% French and 20% American oak, with a careful selection of cooperages and toasting to make a tailor-made aging.
Appearance: High-layer cherry red colour, clean and lustrous.
Aroma: Complex aromas, fine and clean, with lots of fruit, black licorice, blackberries and cherries, wood and toast.
Palate: Muscular entry, good acidity, mature tannins, creamy, long and persistent.
