Tenute Orestiadi Catarratto DOC Sicilia is 100% Catarratto.
The native Sicilian white variety is planted on white soil, typical of Belice Valley, at 350-500 metres above sea level. High limestone and gypsum components help water retention in the dry microclimate.
The wine is aged three months in steel tanks and at least four months in bottle prior to release.
Aroma: the Catarratto shows a refined bouquet of white fruit, peach, almond and orange blossom.
Palate: it is fresh, soft and elegant.
Enjoy with seafood and grilled prawns.
